Eligibility requirements
- 1Nursing degree and ANMAC (Australian Nursing and Midwifery Accreditation Council) skills assessment
- 2AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) registration or eligibility
- 3Competent English: IELTS 7.0 in each of the four bands for AHPRA (IELTS 6.0 for visa itself)
- 4Minimum 65 points on Australia's points test
- 5Age under 45 at time of invitation
- 6Occupation on the relevant skilled occupations list (MLTSSL or STSOL)

Calculate your points score and create a SkillSelect Expression of Interest (EOI)

Receive a state or territory nomination (if applying for subclass 190) for +5 points

Receive an invitation to apply from the Department of Home Affairs

Lodge the visa application and pay the fee

Provide biometrics and undergo a medical examination
