- 1Skills assessment from ACS (Australian Computer Society) for ICT roles
- 2Competent English: IELTS 6.0 each band or equivalent
- 3At least 3 years of relevant ICT work experience
- 4Minimum salary meeting TSMIT (AU$73,150 for 2026/27) or the award rate
- 565+ points on the SkillSelect points test (for Subclass 189)
- 6Medically fit; police clearance from each country lived in 12+ months
